Payment: The full amount is payable by credit card upon booking.
Cancellation:
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged with 30% of the full accommodation price.
Delayed cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full accommodation price.
Keys: Should a key be lost, the guest is obliged to pay for new keys as well as the charges necessary to replace the locks.
Arrival and departure: Please vacate your apartment by 11 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. Apartments are available from 2:30 pm on the day you booked. Please make sure to provide us with your time of arrival, as we are no hotel and need to make arrangements to meet you at the apartment.
Prices: All prices include 10% VAT. The additional cleaning fee is €39,- per apartment for the final cleaning after departure.
